2011Nitro snowboards launch "The Ultimate", the first lightweight board that does not suffer from increased chatter and lack of responsiveness. Both the Nitro Ultimate and Koroyd technology receive separate ISPO Awards.

2012Smith upgrades the Vantage snow helmet to include Koroyd in the crown, offering improved impact protection and enhanced ventilation.
They follow up by launching the revolutionary Smith Forefront, the first helmet designed entirely around Koroyd. Lighter, thinner, more breathable and with class-leading impact properties, the helmet sets a new benchmark in consumer helmet expectations.Â

Production improvements: 3rd and 4th extrusion line added with increased flexibility and precision.
2013Koroyd's "Evolution of Protection" range of body protectors are launched. These protectors manage energy in a very different way compared to existing foams and are the lightest, thinnest and most breathable protectors made. They are awarded a design and innovation award by Enduro MTB and Red Dot.Â
Head launches the critically acclaimed Joy series of skis featuring Koroyd from tip to tail. Each ski weighs 350gm less than the previous version.
New market: Motorcycle body protection.
2014Salomon launches its second series of skis with Koryoyd built-in, the QST range. Building on their successful first Koroyd integration in the Rocker series, these skis feature Koroyd in the tips and tails for quick pivoting and reduced inertia.
After two years in development, the first Koroyd mass production takes place for the automotive industry.
New markets: Automotive, Paragliding.
Production improvements: New CAM cutting unit installed offering "plug and play" integration solutions.
Patents: Further international patent applications granted "Invention 5".
2015​Launch of the Koroyd Helmet Safety Guide, a resource designed to help the public better understand the dangers of old safety standards and what can be done about it.
Endura releases the MT500, an award-winning open face MTB helmet.
New market: Kiteboard.
Capability: Design and development department expanded.
2016KLIM successfully introduces the first Koroyd featured motorcycle helmet offering enhanced protection compared to existing products.
New market: Motorcycle helmets.
Production improvements: Facility expanded by a further 1,500m2 to support growing demand.Â
Patents: International patent applications granted "Invention 7".
2017Following the success of the flagship award-winning MT500 which marked the beginning of Koroyd’s partnership with Endura to build better performing head protection, the industry lauded MT500 evolved into a high-performance full-face helmet - the lightest in its class.
Capacity: New hires in various departments to expand our offering.
Education: A new website and new brand guidelines website.
2019Koroyd's collaboration with UPPAbaby coincided with us completing development of our lowest material density and most technically challenging Koroyd specification to date. There is an incredibly strong alignment between our two organisations’ commitment to innovation and partnership values.
New market/new partner: Juvenile products with UPPAbaby.
Capacity: Koroyd to move into a larger office.
Education: New training portal goes live to educate different entities.
