INTRODUCING THE THULE RAIL 18L

Thule Rail Backpack 18L Back

THE ULTIMATE E-MTB BACKPACK

Thule is no stranger to producing backpacks for a range of sports.
It already has a strong range of variously sized mountain bike packs, with the Rail 18L offering a host of features for longer outings and e-bike rides.

The Rail 18L has more than ample storage, with dedicated internal tool and accessory pockets, external front and jersey pockets and a stash pouch for quick access. If the weather turns, an included rain cover can be put to use to keep the bag and its contents clean and dry. A light attachment loop makes sure you are safe when the ride finishes later than expected. A supplied 2.5L HydraPak reservoir with locking bite valve is easy to clean and prevents leaks, while its ReTrakt magnetic hose return means you can hydrate easily on the go.

SPINE PROTECTION

Koroyd’s Propack is light and cooling while providing protection against direct and angled impacts. The welded tubes crumple instantly and consistently on impact, minimising energy transferred to your spine.

Koroyd features the world’s thinnest walled tubes and a structure that is 95% air, allowing Thule to make a reduced-weight, highly comfortable backpack without compromising on safety.

Even when temperatures rise, you can forget you are carrying a protective backpack. Koroyd’s open cells promote efficient airflow, allowing hot air from your back to escape and keeping you cool even in the most extreme conditions.

EXTEND YOUR RIDE

One of the unique features of Thule’s Rail 18L pack is its internal e-bike battery pouch. As electric mountain bikes become more prevalent, riders are looking to go further, higher and longer on their assisted rides.

Carrying a spare battery means it is now possible to cover many kilometres even in the most mountainous terrain, but the extra weight needs to be well secured. A dedicated pouch within the Rail 18L holds a battery firmly in place and folds neatly when not in use.
